Our Founder
Chris is a Director of International Business Development and previously served as the Internal Communications Officer for the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). He was responsible for the development, management, and execution of internal communication plans for the DSCA Director. As a Department of the Army civilian, Chris was the Strategic Engagement and Trade Show Coordinator for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA DE&C). In this capacity, Chris was the lead coordinator for U.S. Army participation in International Defense Trade Shows held throughout the world. Chris was also responsible for the management and execution of international strategic and industry engagement plans for the Army Acquisition Executive and Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology) (ASA AL&T). He also spent time as an International Programs Analyst for Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier.
Prior to working for the Army, Chris worked for Locke Lord Strategies, a government relations firm in Washington D.C. While at Locke Lord Strategies, Chris was responsible for assisting with the implementation of a full-service government relations strategy for the Embassy of Pakistan and the Pakistani Ambassador to the U.S. He is a graduate of the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University. Originally from New York, Chris currently resides in Arlington, Virginia with his wife.
